Very big thanks to all staff especially to Mr.Omar (... read more reception manager) and the one who helped us to our room ( I couldn’t remember his name), they are so professional, and helpful, but I have a simple note about Mr.Zaid (receptionist), he lacks a sense of respect, asking questions that are out of his business, rude and doesn’t smile at all.
